工(gong)藝流程(cheng)

基(ji)層(ceng)處理(li)、找平膩子(zi)、抗裂膩子(zi)、涂(tu)(tu)刷底漆、分割線(xian)、仿石封固底漆、仿石涂(tu)(tu)料中層(ceng)漆、水(shui)包(bao)水(shui)仿廠面(mian)漆、仿石涂(tu)(tu)料專(zhuan)用罩光(guang)漆、清(qing)理(li)現場。




 

施工注意事項

1、較長時間靜(jing)止存放的產品(pin)，在開蓋使用(yong)前(qian)可輕(qing)微攪動，不許(xu)用(yong)斬攪拌，無(wu)需加水稀釋；

2、避免(mian)在下雨天施(shi)工，在空(kong)氣(qi)溫度大于(yu)85%時(shi)，謹慎施(shi)工；

3、本(ben)產品在氣溫(wen)+5%℃以上施工(gong)，低于+5℃時(shi)不建議(yi)施工(gong)，0℃以下嚴禁施工(gong)；

4、使用專用噴(pen)槍，達到規定涂膜厚度(du)保(bao)證涂裝質(zhi)量，空壓(ya)機壓(ya)力5.5千瓦以(yi)上，氣(qi)(qi)泵氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)0.6MPa壓(ya)力罐至噴(pen)槍的氣(qi)(qi)管長(chang)度(du)小于4米，氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)調為1.8公斤-2.5公斤。槍與(yu)基(ji)面成垂(chui)直(zhi)噴(pen)涂，走槍均勻。
