工(gong)藝(yi)流程

基層(ceng)處(chu)理、找(zhao)平(ping)膩(ni)子(zi)、抗裂膩(ni)子(zi)、涂(tu)刷(shua)底(di)漆(qi)、分(fen)割線、仿石封固底(di)漆(qi)、仿石涂(tu)料中(zhong)層(ceng)漆(qi)、水包水仿廠面漆(qi)、仿石涂(tu)料專用罩光漆(qi)、清理現場。




 

施工注意事項

1、較長(chang)時間(jian)靜止存放的產(chan)品，在開蓋(gai)使用(yong)(yong)前可輕微(wei)攪(jiao)動，不許(xu)用(yong)(yong)斬攪(jiao)拌，無(wu)需(xu)加水稀釋；

2、避免在(zai)下雨天施工(gong)，在(zai)空氣溫度大于(yu)85%時(shi)，謹(jin)慎施工(gong)；

3、本產品在氣溫+5%℃以(yi)上(shang)施工(gong)，低于+5℃時(shi)不建議施工(gong)，0℃以(yi)下嚴禁施工(gong)；

4、使用專用噴(pen)(pen)槍，達到規(gui)定涂(tu)(tu)膜厚度保證涂(tu)(tu)裝(zhuang)質量，空壓(ya)機(ji)壓(ya)力5.5千(qian)瓦以(yi)上，氣泵氣壓(ya)0.6MPa壓(ya)力罐至(zhi)噴(pen)(pen)槍的(de)氣管長度小于4米，氣壓(ya)調為1.8公(gong)斤-2.5公(gong)斤。槍與基面成垂直噴(pen)(pen)涂(tu)(tu)，走(zou)槍均勻。
