工藝流程

基層處(chu)理、找平膩子(zi)、抗裂膩子(zi)、涂刷底漆(qi)(qi)、分割線(xian)、仿石(shi)(shi)封固底漆(qi)(qi)、仿石(shi)(shi)涂料(liao)(liao)中(zhong)層漆(qi)(qi)、水(shui)包水(shui)仿廠(chang)面漆(qi)(qi)、仿石(shi)(shi)涂料(liao)(liao)專用罩光漆(qi)(qi)、清(qing)理現場。




 

施工(gong)注意事項

1、較(jiao)長時間靜(jing)止(zhi)存放的(de)產品，在(zai)開蓋使(shi)用前可輕微攪動，不(bu)許用斬攪拌，無需加水稀釋；

2、避免在下雨天施工，在空氣溫度大于85%時，謹慎施工；

3、本產品在氣溫+5%℃以(yi)上施工，低于+5℃時不建議施工，0℃以(yi)下嚴禁施工；

4、使用(yong)專用(yong)噴槍，達到(dao)規定涂膜厚度保證涂裝質量，空壓(ya)機壓(ya)力5.5千瓦以上(shang)，氣(qi)泵氣(qi)壓(ya)0.6MPa壓(ya)力罐至噴槍的氣(qi)管長(chang)度小于4米(mi)，氣(qi)壓(ya)調為1.8公(gong)斤-2.5公(gong)斤。槍與(yu)基面(mian)成垂直(zhi)噴涂，走槍均勻。
