工(gong)藝(yi)流程

基層處理(li)、找平膩(ni)子、抗裂膩(ni)子、涂刷底漆(qi)、分割線、仿(fang)石封固(gu)底漆(qi)、仿(fang)石涂料中層漆(qi)、水包水仿(fang)廠面漆(qi)、仿(fang)石涂料專用(yong)罩光漆(qi)、清理(li)現場。




 

施工(gong)注意事項(xiang)

1、較長時(shi)間靜止存放的(de)產品，在開(kai)蓋使用(yong)前可輕微攪(jiao)動，不許用(yong)斬攪(jiao)拌，無(wu)需加水稀釋；

2、避(bi)免在下雨天(tian)施(shi)工，在空氣(qi)溫度(du)大于85%時，謹慎施(shi)工；

3、本產品在(zai)氣溫+5%℃以(yi)上施工，低于(yu)+5℃時不建議施工，0℃以(yi)下(xia)嚴禁(jin)施工；

4、使用專用噴槍，達到(dao)規定(ding)涂膜(mo)厚度保證涂裝質(zhi)量，空壓(ya)(ya)(ya)機壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力5.5千瓦以上，氣(qi)泵氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)0.6MPa壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力罐至噴槍的氣(qi)管長度小于4米，氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)調(diao)為1.8公斤-2.5公斤。槍與基(ji)面成垂(chui)直噴涂，走槍均(jun)勻。
