工藝流程(cheng)

基層(ceng)處理、找(zhao)平膩子、抗裂膩子、涂(tu)刷底(di)漆(qi)、分(fen)割線、仿石封固底(di)漆(qi)、仿石涂(tu)料中層(ceng)漆(qi)、水(shui)包水(shui)仿廠(chang)面(mian)漆(qi)、仿石涂(tu)料專用罩光漆(qi)、清理現場。




 

施(shi)工注(zhu)意事項

1、較長時(shi)間(jian)靜止存放的(de)產品，在開蓋使用前(qian)可輕微(wei)攪(jiao)動，不(bu)許用斬攪(jiao)拌，無(wu)需加水稀釋(shi)；

2、避免(mian)在(zai)下雨天施工(gong)，在(zai)空氣溫度大(da)于85%時，謹慎(shen)施工(gong)；

3、本產品在(zai)氣(qi)溫+5%℃以(yi)上施工，低于+5℃時(shi)不建議施工，0℃以(yi)下嚴(yan)禁施工；

4、使用(yong)專用(yong)噴(pen)槍(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)，達(da)到規定涂(tu)膜厚度(du)保(bao)證(zheng)涂(tu)裝質量(liang)，空壓(ya)機壓(ya)力5.5千瓦以(yi)上，氣泵氣壓(ya)0.6MPa壓(ya)力罐至(zhi)噴(pen)槍(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)的氣管(guan)長度(du)小于(yu)4米，氣壓(ya)調為1.8公(gong)斤-2.5公(gong)斤。槍(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)與基(ji)面成垂(chui)直噴(pen)涂(tu)，走槍(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)均(jun)勻。
