工藝流程(cheng)

基(ji)層處理、找平膩(ni)子(zi)、抗裂膩(ni)子(zi)、涂(tu)刷底(di)漆、分割(ge)線、仿(fang)石封固底(di)漆、仿(fang)石涂(tu)料(liao)中(zhong)層漆、水(shui)(shui)包水(shui)(shui)仿(fang)廠面漆、仿(fang)石涂(tu)料(liao)專用(yong)罩光漆、清理現場。




 

施(shi)工注意(yi)事(shi)項

1、較長時間靜止存放的(de)產品，在開蓋使用前可(ke)輕微(wei)攪(jiao)動，不許用斬攪(jiao)拌，無需加水稀釋；

2、避免(mian)在(zai)下雨天施工，在(zai)空氣(qi)溫度大(da)于85%時(shi)，謹慎(shen)施工；

3、本產(chan)品在氣(qi)溫(wen)+5%℃以上施工，低于(yu)+5℃時不(bu)建議施工，0℃以下嚴禁(jin)施工；

4、使(shi)用專用噴(pen)槍，達到(dao)規定涂膜厚度保證涂裝(zhuang)質量，空壓機(ji)壓力5.5千瓦以上，氣泵氣壓0.6MPa壓力罐至噴(pen)槍的(de)氣管長度小于4米(mi)，氣壓調為(wei)1.8公(gong)斤-2.5公(gong)斤。槍與基面成(cheng)垂直噴(pen)涂，走槍均勻。
