工藝流程(cheng)

基層處理、找平膩子、抗裂膩子、涂(tu)刷底漆(qi)(qi)、分割(ge)線、仿(fang)石(shi)封(feng)固底漆(qi)(qi)、仿(fang)石(shi)涂(tu)料(liao)中層漆(qi)(qi)、水(shui)包水(shui)仿(fang)廠面漆(qi)(qi)、仿(fang)石(shi)涂(tu)料(liao)專(zhuan)用罩光漆(qi)(qi)、清理現場。




 

施工(gong)注意事項(xiang)

1、較長(chang)時間靜止存放的產(chan)品，在開蓋使用前可輕微(wei)攪(jiao)動，不許用斬攪(jiao)拌(ban)，無需加水(shui)稀釋；

2、避免(mian)在下(xia)雨(yu)天施工(gong)，在空(kong)氣溫度大于85%時(shi)，謹慎施工(gong)；

3、本(ben)產品(pin)在氣溫(wen)+5%℃以上施工(gong)，低于+5℃時不建議(yi)施工(gong)，0℃以下(xia)嚴禁施工(gong)；

4、使用專(zhuan)用噴槍(qiang)，達(da)到規定涂(tu)膜厚(hou)度(du)保(bao)證涂(tu)裝質量，空壓(ya)機壓(ya)力(li)5.5千瓦(wa)以上，氣(qi)泵(beng)氣(qi)壓(ya)0.6MPa壓(ya)力(li)罐(guan)至噴槍(qiang)的氣(qi)管長度(du)小于4米，氣(qi)壓(ya)調為1.8公(gong)(gong)斤(jin)-2.5公(gong)(gong)斤(jin)。槍(qiang)與基面成垂(chui)直噴涂(tu)，走(zou)槍(qiang)均勻(yun)。
