工(gong)藝(yi)流程(cheng)

基層處理(li)、找(zhao)平膩(ni)子、抗裂膩(ni)子、涂(tu)(tu)刷底(di)漆(qi)、分割(ge)線、仿(fang)石封固底(di)漆(qi)、仿(fang)石涂(tu)(tu)料中(zhong)層漆(qi)、水包水仿(fang)廠(chang)面漆(qi)、仿(fang)石涂(tu)(tu)料專(zhuan)用罩光漆(qi)、清理(li)現場。




 

施(shi)工注意事(shi)項

1、較長時間靜(jing)止存放的產(chan)品，在開蓋使用前可輕微攪動，不(bu)許用斬攪拌，無需加水稀釋；

2、避免在(zai)下雨天施工，在(zai)空氣溫度大于85%時，謹(jin)慎施工；

3、本產品(pin)在氣溫+5%℃以上施(shi)工(gong)，低于+5℃時不(bu)建議(yi)施(shi)工(gong)，0℃以下嚴禁施(shi)工(gong)；

4、使用(yong)專(zhuan)用(yong)噴(pen)(pen)槍，達到規定涂膜厚度保證涂裝(zhuang)質量(liang)，空壓(ya)(ya)機壓(ya)(ya)力(li)5.5千(qian)瓦以上，氣(qi)(qi)(qi)泵氣(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)0.6MPa壓(ya)(ya)力(li)罐至噴(pen)(pen)槍的氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管長度小于(yu)4米(mi)，氣(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)調為1.8公斤(jin)(jin)-2.5公斤(jin)(jin)。槍與基面成垂(chui)直噴(pen)(pen)涂，走槍均勻(yun)。
