工藝(yi)流(liu)程

基層(ceng)(ceng)處(chu)理(li)(li)、找(zhao)平膩(ni)子、抗裂膩(ni)子、涂刷底(di)漆(qi)(qi)、分割線(xian)、仿(fang)石(shi)封固(gu)底(di)漆(qi)(qi)、仿(fang)石(shi)涂料(liao)中層(ceng)(ceng)漆(qi)(qi)、水包水仿(fang)廠(chang)面漆(qi)(qi)、仿(fang)石(shi)涂料(liao)專用罩光漆(qi)(qi)、清理(li)(li)現(xian)場。




 

施工(gong)注意(yi)事項

1、較長(chang)時間(jian)靜止(zhi)存放的產品，在開蓋使用(yong)前可(ke)輕微攪(jiao)動，不(bu)許用(yong)斬攪(jiao)拌，無(wu)需加水(shui)稀釋(shi)；

2、避免在(zai)下雨天施(shi)工(gong)，在(zai)空氣溫度大于(yu)85%時，謹慎施(shi)工(gong)；

3、本產品在氣(qi)溫(wen)+5%℃以(yi)上施(shi)工(gong)，低于+5℃時(shi)不建議施(shi)工(gong)，0℃以(yi)下嚴禁施(shi)工(gong)；

4、使用專用噴(pen)槍，達到規(gui)定涂(tu)膜厚度保證涂(tu)裝質(zhi)量，空壓(ya)機壓(ya)力5.5千瓦(wa)以上(shang)，氣泵氣壓(ya)0.6MPa壓(ya)力罐至噴(pen)槍的(de)氣管長度小于(yu)4米，氣壓(ya)調為1.8公斤-2.5公斤。槍與基(ji)面(mian)成垂直噴(pen)涂(tu)，走槍均勻(yun)。
