工藝(yi)流程

基(ji)層處理、找平膩子(zi)、抗裂膩子(zi)、涂刷(shua)底漆(qi)、分割線、仿(fang)(fang)石(shi)(shi)(shi)封(feng)固底漆(qi)、仿(fang)(fang)石(shi)(shi)(shi)涂料中(zhong)層漆(qi)、水包水仿(fang)(fang)廠(chang)面(mian)漆(qi)、仿(fang)(fang)石(shi)(shi)(shi)涂料專(zhuan)用罩光漆(qi)、清理現場(chang)。




 

施工注意事項(xiang)

1、較長時(shi)間靜止存放的產品(pin)，在開蓋使用前可輕(qing)微攪動(dong)，不許用斬攪拌，無需加水稀釋(shi)；

2、避(bi)免在下雨天施(shi)工，在空(kong)氣(qi)溫(wen)度大于(yu)85%時(shi)，謹慎施(shi)工；

3、本產(chan)品(pin)在氣溫+5%℃以上施工(gong)，低于+5℃時不建議施工(gong)，0℃以下嚴禁(jin)施工(gong)；

4、使用(yong)專用(yong)噴槍(qiang)，達到規定涂膜厚(hou)度保證(zheng)涂裝質量，空壓(ya)機壓(ya)力5.5千瓦以上，氣泵氣壓(ya)0.6MPa壓(ya)力罐至噴槍(qiang)的氣管長度小于(yu)4米，氣壓(ya)調為1.8公斤-2.5公斤。槍(qiang)與(yu)基(ji)面成垂直噴涂，走槍(qiang)均勻。
