工藝(yi)流程

基層(ceng)處理、找平膩子(zi)、抗裂膩子(zi)、涂(tu)刷底漆、分割(ge)線(xian)、仿石(shi)封固底漆、仿石(shi)涂(tu)料(liao)中層(ceng)漆、水包水仿廠面漆、仿石(shi)涂(tu)料(liao)專用罩光漆、清理現場。




 

施工注(zhu)意(yi)事項

1、較長時(shi)間靜止存放的產品，在(zai)開蓋使用前可輕(qing)微(wei)攪(jiao)動，不(bu)許用斬(zhan)攪(jiao)拌，無需加水稀釋(shi)；

2、避免(mian)在下雨天施工，在空氣溫(wen)度大于85%時，謹慎(shen)施工；

3、本產品(pin)在氣溫+5%℃以(yi)上施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)，低于+5℃時不建議(yi)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)，0℃以(yi)下(xia)嚴禁施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)；

4、使(shi)用專(zhuan)用噴(pen)槍(qiang)，達到規定(ding)涂膜厚度保證涂裝質(zhi)量(liang)，空(kong)壓(ya)機壓(ya)力5.5千瓦以(yi)上，氣(qi)泵氣(qi)壓(ya)0.6MPa壓(ya)力罐至(zhi)噴(pen)槍(qiang)的氣(qi)管(guan)長(chang)度小于(yu)4米，氣(qi)壓(ya)調為1.8公(gong)斤-2.5公(gong)斤。槍(qiang)與基面成垂直噴(pen)涂，走槍(qiang)均勻。
