工藝流程

基層(ceng)處理、找平膩子、抗(kang)裂膩子、涂刷底(di)漆、分割線(xian)、仿(fang)石封固底(di)漆、仿(fang)石涂料(liao)中層(ceng)漆、水(shui)包水(shui)仿(fang)廠面漆、仿(fang)石涂料(liao)專用(yong)罩光漆、清理現場。




 

施工注意事項

1、較長時間靜止存放的(de)產品，在開(kai)蓋使用前(qian)可輕(qing)微攪動，不許用斬攪拌(ban)，無需加(jia)水稀釋(shi)；

2、避免在下雨天施(shi)工(gong)，在空氣溫(wen)度大(da)于85%時，謹慎施(shi)工(gong)；

3、本產(chan)品在氣(qi)溫+5%℃以(yi)上施工，低于(yu)+5℃時不建議施工，0℃以(yi)下嚴禁施工；

4、使用專用噴(pen)槍(qiang)，達到(dao)規定涂(tu)膜厚度保證涂(tu)裝質量，空壓機壓力5.5千瓦以(yi)上，氣泵氣壓0.6MPa壓力罐至噴(pen)槍(qiang)的氣管長度小于4米，氣壓調為1.8公斤-2.5公斤。槍(qiang)與(yu)基面成垂直噴(pen)涂(tu)，走槍(qiang)均勻。
