工藝流程

基層(ceng)處理(li)、找平膩(ni)子、抗(kang)裂膩(ni)子、涂(tu)刷底漆、分割線、仿石(shi)封固(gu)底漆、仿石(shi)涂(tu)料中層(ceng)漆、水包水仿廠面漆、仿石(shi)涂(tu)料專用罩(zhao)光漆、清理(li)現(xian)場。




 

施(shi)工注意(yi)事項

1、較(jiao)長時間(jian)靜止存放的產品，在開蓋使用前(qian)可(ke)輕微攪動，不許用斬攪拌，無需加水稀釋；

2、避免(mian)在下雨天施工，在空氣溫度大于85%時，謹慎施工；

3、本產(chan)品(pin)在氣溫+5%℃以上施工(gong)(gong)，低于(yu)+5℃時(shi)不建議施工(gong)(gong)，0℃以下嚴禁施工(gong)(gong)；

4、使(shi)用(yong)(yong)專用(yong)(yong)噴槍(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)，達到規定涂膜厚度(du)保證涂裝(zhuang)質量，空壓(ya)(ya)(ya)機壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力5.5千瓦以上(shang)，氣(qi)泵氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)0.6MPa壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力罐至噴槍(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)的(de)氣(qi)管長度(du)小(xiao)于(yu)4米(mi)，氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)調為1.8公斤-2.5公斤。槍(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)與(yu)基面成垂直噴涂，走槍(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)均勻(yun)。
