工藝流程

基(ji)層處理、找平(ping)膩(ni)子(zi)(zi)、抗裂膩(ni)子(zi)(zi)、涂(tu)(tu)(tu)刷底(di)漆、分(fen)割線(xian)、仿(fang)(fang)石封固底(di)漆、仿(fang)(fang)石涂(tu)(tu)(tu)料中層漆、水包水仿(fang)(fang)廠面漆、仿(fang)(fang)石涂(tu)(tu)(tu)料專用(yong)罩光漆、清理現場。




 

施工注意事項(xiang)

1、較長(chang)時間靜止(zhi)存(cun)放的(de)產品，在開蓋使用(yong)前可輕微攪(jiao)動，不許用(yong)斬(zhan)攪(jiao)拌，無需(xu)加水稀(xi)釋；

2、避免在下雨(yu)天施工，在空氣溫度(du)大于85%時，謹(jin)慎(shen)施工；

3、本(ben)產品在氣溫+5%℃以上(shang)施(shi)工，低于+5℃時(shi)不建(jian)議施(shi)工，0℃以下嚴禁施(shi)工；

4、使用專用噴槍(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)，達到(dao)規定涂(tu)膜厚度保證(zheng)涂(tu)裝質(zhi)量，空壓(ya)機壓(ya)力5.5千瓦以上，氣泵氣壓(ya)0.6MPa壓(ya)力罐至(zhi)噴槍(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)的(de)氣管長度小于4米，氣壓(ya)調為(wei)1.8公斤-2.5公斤。槍(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)與基(ji)面成垂(chui)直(zhi)噴涂(tu)，走槍(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)均勻。
