工(gong)藝流程

基層(ceng)(ceng)處理(li)、找平膩子、抗裂膩子、涂刷底(di)漆、分(fen)割線(xian)、仿(fang)(fang)石(shi)封(feng)固底(di)漆、仿(fang)(fang)石(shi)涂料(liao)中層(ceng)(ceng)漆、水(shui)包水(shui)仿(fang)(fang)廠面漆、仿(fang)(fang)石(shi)涂料(liao)專用罩光漆、清理(li)現(xian)場。




 

施工注意事項

1、較長時間靜止存放的產品，在開蓋(gai)使用前可輕微(wei)攪(jiao)動，不許(xu)用斬攪(jiao)拌，無需加水稀釋；

2、避免在(zai)下雨天施工，在(zai)空氣(qi)溫度大(da)于85%時，謹慎(shen)施工；

3、本(ben)產(chan)品(pin)在氣溫+5%℃以上施(shi)工，低(di)于+5℃時不(bu)建議(yi)施(shi)工，0℃以下嚴禁施(shi)工；

4、使(shi)用(yong)專(zhuan)用(yong)噴槍(qiang)，達到規定涂(tu)膜厚度保(bao)證涂(tu)裝質(zhi)量，空壓機壓力(li)5.5千(qian)瓦以上，氣泵氣壓0.6MPa壓力(li)罐至噴槍(qiang)的氣管(guan)長度小于4米，氣壓調為1.8公斤(jin)-2.5公斤(jin)。槍(qiang)與基面成垂直(zhi)噴涂(tu)，走(zou)槍(qiang)均勻。
