工藝流程(cheng)

基層(ceng)(ceng)處理、找平膩子、抗裂(lie)膩子、涂刷底漆、分(fen)割線、仿(fang)石(shi)封(feng)固(gu)底漆、仿(fang)石(shi)涂料(liao)中層(ceng)(ceng)漆、水包水仿(fang)廠面(mian)漆、仿(fang)石(shi)涂料(liao)專用罩光漆、清理現場。




 

施工(gong)注意事(shi)項

1、較長(chang)時間靜止(zhi)存放的產品(pin)，在開(kai)蓋使用(yong)前可輕微攪(jiao)動(dong)，不許用(yong)斬攪(jiao)拌，無需加水稀釋；

2、避免在下雨天施工，在空氣溫度大于(yu)85%時，謹慎施工；

3、本產品(pin)在氣溫+5%℃以上施(shi)工，低于+5℃時不(bu)建議施(shi)工，0℃以下嚴禁施(shi)工；

4、使(shi)用專用噴槍(qiang)，達(da)到規(gui)定涂膜厚度(du)保(bao)證涂裝(zhuang)質量，空壓(ya)(ya)機壓(ya)(ya)力5.5千(qian)瓦以(yi)上，氣泵氣壓(ya)(ya)0.6MPa壓(ya)(ya)力罐至噴槍(qiang)的(de)氣管長(chang)度(du)小(xiao)于4米，氣壓(ya)(ya)調為(wei)1.8公斤(jin)-2.5公斤(jin)。槍(qiang)與基面成垂(chui)直噴涂，走槍(qiang)均(jun)勻。
