工藝流程

基層處理、找平膩(ni)子、抗裂膩(ni)子、涂(tu)刷底漆(qi)、分割線、仿(fang)石封固(gu)底漆(qi)、仿(fang)石涂(tu)料(liao)中層漆(qi)、水(shui)包(bao)水(shui)仿(fang)廠面漆(qi)、仿(fang)石涂(tu)料(liao)專(zhuan)用罩光漆(qi)、清理現場。




 

施工注意事(shi)項

1、較長時間靜止存放的產品，在(zai)開蓋使(shi)用前(qian)可輕微攪(jiao)動，不許用斬(zhan)攪(jiao)拌，無需加水稀釋；

2、避免在(zai)下雨天施工，在(zai)空氣(qi)溫(wen)度大于(yu)85%時，謹(jin)慎(shen)施工；

3、本產品在氣溫+5%℃以(yi)上施工(gong)，低于+5℃時不建議施工(gong)，0℃以(yi)下(xia)嚴(yan)禁施工(gong)；

4、使(shi)用專(zhuan)用噴槍(qiang)，達(da)到規定涂(tu)(tu)膜厚度保證(zheng)涂(tu)(tu)裝質(zhi)量，空壓(ya)(ya)(ya)機壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力5.5千瓦以(yi)上，氣(qi)泵氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)0.6MPa壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力罐至(zhi)噴槍(qiang)的氣(qi)管長度小(xiao)于4米，氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)調為1.8公斤-2.5公斤。槍(qiang)與基面成垂直噴涂(tu)(tu)，走槍(qiang)均勻。
